Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These terms apply primarily to purchases made by consumers through our website.

If you purchase from NOOR as a wholesaler, retailer, distributor, corporate buyer or other business customer, separate trade terms may apply and will be agreed with you where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

2. Our Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, because many NOOR products are natural products, there may be reasonable variations in characteristics such as:

  • Size

  • Shape

  • Colour

  • Texture

  • Appearance

Product photography is intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may also vary depending on your device or screen. Packaging may occasionally be updated or changed without significantly affecting the product you receive.

3. Food Information

Where applicable, product pages and packaging will provide relevant information including ingredients, allergens, storage guidance, origin and other required food information.

Please read the information provided with a product carefully before consuming it, particularly if you have allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements.

If you have a question about a product before ordering, please contact us at: hello@noorbrands.co.uk

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. We may occasionally need to limit quantities, withdraw a product or make a product temporarily unavailable.

If you place an order for an item that later becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for any amount paid for the unavailable item.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.

Prices will include applicable VAT where required.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order and give you the opportunity to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. After placing your order, you should receive an email confirming that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • Delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment providers may carry out security and fraud-prevention checks as part of processing your payment.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not normally receive or store your complete debit or credit card details.

8. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed during checkout or on our Delivery & Returns page.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe.

Occasionally, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transport disruption or other unexpected events.

If a significant delay occurs, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

9. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Please check your:

  • Recipient name

  • House or building number

  • Street

  • Postcode

  • Contact information

before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an order to be delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly, we may not be able to provide a free replacement. Where an order is returned to us because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply if you ask us to resend it. This does not affect your rights where the error was caused by NOOR or one of our service providers.

10. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the products will generally pass to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full and the products have been delivered.

11. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

hello@noorbrands.co.uk

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights will depend on the type and condition of the product and your applicable statutory rights.

12. Returns and Change-of-Mind Cancellations

Consumers purchasing goods online may have statutory rights to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving them.

Certain exceptions can apply, including to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and to certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, please notify us within the applicable cancellation period.

Products should be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by NOOR and, where applicable, should be unopened, unused and in their original condition.

Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for further information. Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
